Elect Chief Jack Parow Legislation

Chief Jack Parow started working with Congressmen Bill Pascrell on the passage of the “Fire Bill” back in 1997.

Jack also worked with Congressmen Joe Moakley to get the “Moakley Bill” filed. We in the Fire Service know it as the “Safe Cigarette Bill”.

At home in Massachusetts, Jack along with other Chiefs and the Governor of Massachusetts thank the President of Papa Ginos for sponsoring Fire Prevention open houses across the State. Something they still do today.

Jack accompanies the Massachusetts Fire Chiefs to Washington D.C. to attend the CFSI. Over the past few years the Massachusetts delegation has averaged 70 Fire Chiefs each year.
